Relax in our newly updated, cozy home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just 6 miles from Panama City Beach. This lovely property features two queen beds and a full/full bunk bed, along with a refreshing shower to start the day off right. The home comes equipped with modern amenities, including WiFi, air conditioning, a cozy fireplace for cool evenings, and a washer and dryer for convenience. Guests can enjoy evenings gathered around the fireplace, play a selection of board games, or savor a barbecue on the outdoor grill. This comfortable living space offers a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or kicking back during a quiet, restful getaway.

To help keep our home comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following house rules: • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. • No Smoking or Vaping: Permitted outdoors only; please dispose of waste properly. • Registered Guests Only: No parties or unregistered guests. Additional guests are subject to a $50 per person, per night fee. • Dishes: Please wash dishes before checkout to avoid additional cleaning fees. • Parking: Use the gravel driveway only; no street or yard parking. • Grill Use: Please clean the propane grill after use and ensure the propane tank is turned off. • Furniture & Bunk Beds: Please leave furniture in place and avoid roughhousing on the bunk beds. • No Drugs or Parties: Strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of stay. • No Pets: Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Lastly, because this is a vacation rental and not a hotel; this is also my family’s home when we stay in Panama City, we kindly ask you to be respectful of the property.
